Attempting a vector, I just want opinions on how it is so far

Okay so this is my first attempt ever
at a vector and I just want to see how people
think I'm doing so far. When commenting please
keep in mind that this is my first vector ever ^^;

I wouldn't suggest using that picture for a first time vector, but so far so good. I always hate teeth in vectors and obviously you can see why in yours. I think you need more shading and layers, but for your first I think its pretty good.

yes, I agree I hate the teeth >< and the shading could use some work. Thanks for your input! :]

I also agree on the teeth but yeah, it's looking pretty good for a first time vector. thumbsup.gif _smile.gif

I think the edges are too... sharp. Like you can be softer around the edges. But you aren't doing so bad for your first vector. :)

Thank you everyone! I appreciate all the feedback I've gotten so far ^^ it really boosts my confidence in doing vectors. I always thought I would fail miserably when attempting one ^^;

I'm using photoshop cs4, even though I know illustrator would probably work a lot better ^^;

good stuff for a first time vector . . how do u do it cuz id liek to try it even though i know it takes alot of time . . . but does it involve the pen tool? cuz if so im f*cked lol

good job (: way better than what i can do! basically what they said about the teeth and edges, also the eyes look a little weirdd to me. maybe that's just me ¬__¬
