Last night I was driving and turned down the wrong street, so I needed to make a u-turn and go back the other way. I was coming up to a GREEN light that had three lanes, two straight lanes and a left turn lane. I went into the left turn lane and made a u-turn. There weren't any no u-turn signs posted either, so I figured it was legit. As I was going back the other way, I see flashing lights and a cop car coming straight towards me. He jumped the median, and I swerved to the right so he wouldn't slam into me and then he flew up behind me and pulled me over. Only in Pennsylvania would I get a $109.50 ticket for making a legal u-turn. I hate this state.
Have you ever gotten a ridiculous ticket? |

I haven't gotten any tickets. But my brother has gotten a loads. Speeding, loud music, and having a screen up. It was like a navigation system setup, but it there was no navigation system on it. It was just a music player. :\

- License plate cover (that everyone has AND you could effing see through it)
- Right brake light not working (which was total bullshit, because it was when I checked) - Reverse lights white instead of orange (which is even more bullshit because white comes STOCK) The stupidest part, the cop said "I have to make my quota." And it ended up he couldn't even charge for the license plate cover, which is why he pulled us over in the first place. So he ticketed for a bunch of other crap and it ended up being over $100. He even asked if the car was stolen. Whatabitch. |

I beat all of you guys. After my 4 years of clean record with no tickets, I got a bullshit ticket last month. I went to court about it to lower the ticket price last Friday, but the judge wouldn't budge. I got a ticket for making a RIGHT turn on a red light. How f*cken bull shit is that. The right turn was f*cken legal too, and I still got flashed. The ticket ended up being $381, plus $54 traffic school, and $25 for registration for traffic school, which ends up being $460 total. All that for just a f*cken legal right turn on a red light.

I haven't gotten any tickets yet & I speed all the time & do these things I'm not suppose to. *knocks on wood. I guess I just know when & where to do them.

I don't know if it was a ridiculous ticket, I just thought that it would have been nice to have been given some slack.
I failed my driving test twice before passing on the third go around (I'm a terrible driver to this day). On the way home from the third test, I was going 45 in a 35 and a cop gave me a ticket. He was a total dick about it too. |

My dad got a ticket for speeding 13 miles over the speed limit and also for not pulling over, which I think is retarded since I didn't even hear a siren.
The dude appeared out of nowhere and tells my dad that he had been following him for a few miles and had his siren on. Total bullshit. We didn't have the music on and heard NOTHING. Plus, my dad didn't wasn't even speeding, when he got pulled over he had been going speed limit for more than "a few miles" so the officer is stupid. |

^officers have a quota that they have to fill.. which I think is SOOOO stupid, but whatever.. I don't make the rules. They sometimes give out bs tickets when they're trying to meet their quota.
