how do you make a scrolling pic like this?

i know how to make the fonts animate like that, but how do you make the twilight cast pic like that? :/

the person who did it either has a program that can do that for them, or they just moved each frame down by one pixel each time.

Each frame is the picture just slightly lowered. It's actually really easy to do.

Try lowering it one pixel per frame. Meaning hit the down button once for every frame.

And if you're going to add text like they did, make sure it goes slower because it was going too fast & took me a while to read all of it.

Yeah, I agree with Mike. It'll be a hassle to move it down one pixel at a time and of course, it'll scroll very slow if you moved it down one pixel at a time.
