Salman Khan to turn music director? Options

Salman Khan is a multifaceted artist. Apart from acting, he has, over the years, won acclaim as a scriptwriter and even a painter. Now, the bad boy may soon unveil his musical talent, if music directors Sajid-Wajid are able to convince him.While shooting for 'Partner', Salman put forward his ideas. Although the suggested alterations were musically incorrect; the duo agreed to adopt the idea and the song became a hit.

In an interview to the Mumbai Mirror, a source said, "While working on the music of 'Partner', Salman didn't approve of a particular song and discussed the shortcomings of the song with Sajid-Wajid. Although, the alterations were technically incorrect, the duo went ahead with the modified song which went on to become a huge success."

Sajid-Wajid confirmed the news, saying, “Salmanbhai has a great sense of music. He always gives valuable inputs. We are encouraging him to become a full-fledged music director. We are also trying to get him to sing his songs. Wajid and I will assist him.”
