i did completely erase it but now as i was shoing my bf my layout he asked me how to get to my pics i clicked on the link to show and now we realize those links still dont work

well you put the style tags in your div's they should be seperated because browsers arent going to recognize a div if there is a <style> in there. The designer of that layout also put weird variables in the div style, but your code was correct, just in the wrong place :]

i really do appreciate your guy's help i wasnt being sarcastic whatsoever i guess you cant hear tone or see facial expressions on the computer so you may have taken it one way, i dont think ive ever been intentionally rude to anyone on a forum, simply bc i dont like ppl being rude to me. thats one reason i usually dont do forums simply because if im not as smart or techy as the next person they get angry with me. but thank you.
