blend some photos, overlay some blue or something, put a whole bunch of brushes.

I don't really get why you want to make images like this, either. The image quality is messed up in the first one because of the pixelation, and the second one is way over-edited.

You can re-create these pictures by how we've told you before because they're basically the same effect.

Also it'd be nice if you posted whether or not we helped so I, or someone else, can close them. Most to all of the images you post have the same effect; taking a minute or so to say "Okay thanks, I got it!" wouldn't hurt.

If the background didn't look so vomit-like I'd say the rest is not bad. The coloring is nice at least.

^It's true. On the first one if you were to take away all that spatter and grudge stuff it wouldn't look half bad.

this is what i usually do i may blend then i get lost after like if i should put a texture and where to put all these brushe's and where i need to go to chnage this color and too make sure it aint covering the face?
