Need help on being an affiliate, Say's my site won't load Options

Hi. :D

I have a major problem with applying to be an affiliate. I've finally figured out the screen shot etc.
But now it say's my site isn't available.
Unable to load site, does it exist?

I know it does exist. :P I run it. Update it a lot, and have it open all the time.
I have en-counted similar things though. When I try to get to my site at work, it some times redirects me to a search engine, it depends how you type the address I am guessing. (It's a cafe, so it's not like it's been blocked :L ) So I've tried typing the address multiple ways. But nothing seems to work. Is there something I need to do first for my site to be recongised?

Please can someone help me. :( It's on Google and everything.
