DESCRIPTION: Yet another Xangans.com original that you won't see anywhere else (ofcourse, unless they jacked it from us!). Similar concept to random banners. Only works with PURE CSS SKINS - that means no html edit! Visit here for a working demo, you might have to refresh it a couple of times to have the effect. For random skin with matching image, go HERE. For on the fly CSS skin changer, go HERE. COPY AND PASTE (REQUIRED 1 OF 1) To 'input your own header html'. You'll need to find a webhost to host your css skins.
