Problem with my profile, Links don't work, I know why but I can't figure out how to fix Options

Okay so my problem is all of the links (on my profile) more to the right do not work, and this is because of #comments being visible, but for some reason my coding doesn't allow me to move it, and any links that are in it's way (the ones to the right) don't work (ex. top right links [name-my account-log out])
