i dont know, really. i wouldnt care about an unknown person and their name. unless you want to steal your friend's girlfriend/boyfriend.

You have this name in your head. You don't know this person at all ... so how could this be interesting? therefore, it's boring because you don't know this person. the idea of having an unknown's name is not interesting. |

I think what Tung means is that you see someone you find interesting, but you haven't actually met them or been introduced to them. And then you try to find out what their name is out of curiosity. Not the other way around.
