Is it possible to create a 'glow' around images and/or text using paint shop pro X?
I've searched a little but nothing i'm trying seems to be working. Thanks in advance. Eg...Text on the following layout is the kind of 'glow' i want to achieve, or at least similar. Here Comes The Sun Layout |

Well you can just double the layer you want to glow, then gaussian blur the first layer.

I bet you could also mess around with the Drop Shadow settings.
