Chicken Pizza Biscuits?, no pizza sauce... Options

I made this recipe a while back. Kinda eye-balled most of it.

Chicken Pizza Biscuits


ingredients-

1 package of pizza dough mix
1 chicken breast
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
Cupcake pan (http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B00005M1UM.01._SCLZZZZZZZ_.jpg)
salt
pepper






1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. prepare pizza dough using directions on package of pizza dough
3. sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken breast then grill (i use one of those george foreman grill things...)and cut it into pieces
4. take out your cupcake pan and take a little chunk of the pizza dough and press it into the sides and bottom of a cupcake hole or whatever you call that little place you put the cupcake mix.
5. sprinkle mozzarella cheese ontop of the dough
6. put a couple of pieces chicken on each little biscuit thing
7. top with the rest of the cheese
8. bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes (or whenever the cheese melts and dough turns into a golden brown)
