So, I want to ask my boyfriend to Sadies for my school. We go to separate schools now since I moved away, and he lives about an hour or so away from me. My friend is willing to drive me to his house so I can somehow, surprisingly, ask him to sadies. I only have one idea how to, but it's so bland.

Does anyone have any ideas?
Please help me!

I was planning to buy a poster board for every letter. S A D I E S and write it like an acronym and then buy candles and make it form a heart. Then before he gets home from school, I was going to put the letters separately across his house/front lawn/driveway, and i'd sit at the end holding a question mark and a check yes or no box with a marker...

But I think that's sort of plain...

Sadies is "Sadies hawkins dance"

Uhh, well basically it's just the girl asking out the guy instead of the guy asking out the girl. I want to ask my boyfriend to the dance, but I want it to be really surprising and memorable.

That's actually a pretty good idea! Surprising, yeah! Memorable...definitely! I usually just ask the guy, but you want to make it surprising and memorable. You should do that, but just don't overdo it. Still put some effort into it. =) Hope this helps. ^^

^haha i was sort of thinking that.

but...if you want to be cute then..

-write it all over his car in car paint while he's in class (its washable)
-have your friends where a shirt with each letter of SADIES and wait for him to come out and see you guys
