drop down list, bold some items Options

if i have a drop down list on myspace how do i bold certain

does not work.
i don't want everything to be bold..
just certain things.

To bold stuff, simply use the following code:

It works for me so I'll just share what I read. You need to create a class with a bold weighting. Use this:

<style>
.bold {font-weight:bold;}
</style>

Then, use that class with the <option> tag on your dropdown code like so:

<option class="bold">Whatever.</option>

maybe you have some coding that makes the options only have normal font-weight. Could you post your coding please?

true, but sometimes people put their favourite music, books or movies in dropdowns so maybe there could be a customization?

I didn't know about the <b> not working in dropdowns. I don't usually use them.
