ShowTime ,Showstyle, Polygonal Lasso tool messing up cutting |

Showstyle Photoshop Cs3.
Im using the polygonal lasso tool and everytime im trying to go around the sitemodel or whatever it dosent last long then i get these lines down that youd usually get when your finished by clicking twice! and its really annoying cause im trying to cut and it just comes up with those dotted lines well like i said and i have to start all over is it my settings for that tool and wht do i need to set them too? |

You should try using the Quick Selection Tool (W); much easier.
