Help Sunburst;?, Photoshop,getting brushes into it |

Hey.
I Was wondering how to do these? http://s38.photobucket.com/albums/e133/Now...nt=atrandom.png .... Like how she got the outline and the brushes or what on them and how to get good bright colors Ect ? please help thanks! and if anyone has the same brush of that sunburst well some make it from start but some use brushes so if it was a brush for sunbursts like that? ,and if it was a pattern like how to make your pattern the color you like ? |
