The Rensselaer County Board of Elections recalled 300 ballots that erroneously featured the al Qaeda leader's name. "The error was not deliberate, and the Board of Elections is continuing to fairly manage the upcoming general election in a bipartisan and cooperative manner," Republican Larry Bugbee and Democratic Edward McDonough said. Bugbee said the ballot had slipped through despite three different proofreaders, according to the Albany Times Union. lol uhh ok? how do three proof readers not read the candidates names of all things?
