Add Comment Link, At Bottom of Comments Options

Is there a way to change only the add comment link that is at the bottom of the comments? Can I have only that link bigger than all the other links or do I have to edit them all?

Edit the style of the rest of the links by replacing the first font and color attributes with your own. The second is for the add comment link at the bottom.
