ive tried blending before like how you get the tool and delete or rub out but when i do that it aint really neat and if im deleting some of the pic at times it comes out wrong with someones hand missing or not looking like how i thought please help?

i was wondering if anyone knows how too get that splash of color with these brushes how she done with the brushes and at some of the corners with pink and blue? and what she done to the person to give miley a nice color glow?

please help if ive not explainned proper i will tell yahh much better:]!

And for the second one, I think the person just started a new layer, placed the brushes on the pictures, placed some more brushes on top of the same layer, and went to Layer Styles and messed with Outer Glow and Bevel & Emboss.

You abandoned your previous topic asking about that Miley photo. Please don't make more than one topic addressing the same thing. If you still have questions about that picture, just post in there because we don't want these unresolved topics floating around, you know? So yeah, just post in there.

For the blending, there are a ton of ways to do it. Try looking through these tutorials. And for the second image, I replied to your first topic so if you haven't see my reply, along with Mike's, go over there first.
