White bar issue, moving up blurbs in FF Options

So, I've come across a problem. I'm trying to make a standard Myspace layout, but when I move up the blurbs, a white bar pops out from under the navigation. Codes to make the blurbs section transparent have been tried. None of them seem to be working. It all looks fine in IE, but not in FF.
