I was just looking around on CreateBlog and suddenly wondered, how does one get hits, or "uniques", for thier site?
Also, how does one give hits to other websites? (I'm talking about the affiliates here on CreateBlog.)

Um...uniques are just people that go to your site.
You just advertise as much as you can, go to other people's site and leave a message. Not like, "Hey check out my site!" but actually say something meaningful or else they'll just ignore you. |

 so, what does it mean when it says hits "in" or hits "out"? |

Hits in is how many people went to your site, hits out is how many people clicked out of it.
