I was watching inconvenient truth the other day and theres the bit where it shows the sea level rising really high and flooding most of the world. Well i live near the sea, and don’t want to drown, so i got to thinking. Maybe if we lower the sea level a bit, when the water level rises then it won’t rise high enough to flood.

Anyway, heres the plan. Everyone who can should take a bucket of sea water and pour it down the sink. If lots of people put the effort in, we could lower the sea level substantially and create a better world for our children to live

This kind of trolling doesn't go well on this type of board. Mass, more anonymous forums, would be an excellent target for this. This topic, however, is a little beaten. If you wanted to pursue this one, you should find something everyone knows about that you can link as evidence, for instance Hurricane Ike. It doesn't matter how much bull shit it is, that would be a good piece of evidence.

Bono the great once paid some stupid amount, like 20 grand or something, to have his hat from the UK flown to him on a private plane for a concert in the US.

Honestly, that doesn't help anything. The water's going to end back up in the ocean.

Oh wow! REALLY!? XD

Why can't we just connect a big hose to a black hole and then the black hole will suck up all the unwanted water?

Where would we find the black hole? Or a long and strong enough (LOL PINGAS!) hose?
