I don't know why you are on mod preview. I was out skating while this all happened. I'll get back to you on why.

Edit - Okay, apparently you made alot of "spam" topics in the lounge, and she asked you to stop but didn't? I don't know the full story.

I PMed both of you. I wasn't here when you posted this, so that's the reason for the delay.

Spencer, you've been here long enough to know that an hour passing before responding to someone's post isn't "avoiding." Also, you are fully aware that you guys were spamming and Dee has said she PM'd both of you.

Also, I'm removing both of your signatures (Spencer and Elba). Stop with the bashing and stop behaving like small children. I have no bad sentiments towards either of you but seriously, please stop.

Elba, since you're at 20% and was changed to "member" status, your PM box is full. I tried sending you the following this morning and will have to do so here because I'd like you to know certain consequences:
QUOTE
Hey Elba. You know, I'd really appreciate if you would stop spamming the queue. The Design Staff did nothing to you and it's really unfair to make them go through that when your problem is with someone else. I'm sorry, but if you spam the queue again, I'm suspending you.

QUOTE(kreios @ Sep 10 2008, 01:48 AM) *
Can someone in the design staff area with expertise handle the organization of the "______ of the month contest". Add to the first post -- the definition of a nomination. The nomination/voting at the same time method was succeeded by the nomination (first half of month)/voting (second half of month) method in last months' contest.

Let me break it down for you... The nomination only topic should be created for each contest that is still remaining here at createblog. The nomination topic should include the rules, one of which should mention that a website only has to be nominated once, to be nominated. This contest is much like any nomination based contest. Such as the MLB Hall-of-Fame, MTV's VMA, or createblog's member of the month. It's redundant and pointless for someone to second a nomination in such a contest. When half of the month has elapsed for each individual "_____ of the month contest" a voting only topic should be made for each respectively. Outlining the same rules of the succeeded contest. Though, with the biggest change from previous months, you cannot vote for a website that was not nominated in the first half of the month. For example, Britney Spears could not win a MTV's 2008 VMA for Best Music Video for Lucky because that music video was not nominated.

That seems a little redundant, to tell you the truth. Half the people would forget to check back for the voting. I think the "__ of the month" topic should be a running nomination AND vote contained in the first post.

Nominees, as they're nominated, will be added to the top, and each accumulated vote they get is tallied on the spot.

It makes more sense that way, imo. I'm not sure if there's already a set thing about what to do with nominations and such, though.

*goes to check around*

i've also been here long enough to know that warning comes with a pm as to why. i've also been here long enough to know that if someone posts STOP in a topic, it's probably not going to be seen. a pm is helpful. you can't say stop and then once another topic pops up, warn us, especially if were not checking back. as far as spam, ha. that's not what i would call it until after we were warned. how is it that yanlin did the exact same thing, but probably received no punishment? is it weird to know that i told her to post those topics, yet every single one still exists? consistency, much?

Ok, so by you not receiving what should be an automatic PM when a warn level is raised is what you were referring to when saying things were being avoided? I assumed you meant that she hadn't responded here in a timely fashion.

I looked at the Lounge this morning, there was only one thread I questioned and that was moved to VIP. The others had a question or something from which to post about.

I'm sure you know this already, but we don't issue verbal warnings anymore. You get a warning and retain whatever member level you are at when you hit 10%. 20% is considered the actual warning and that is when member status changes. I'm just trying to understand, is all.

When I raised your warn level, I sent out PMs as to why and you both replied to them saying "thanks bitch". I told you guys what was going to happen if you kept making topics, and if guys don't pay attention to the rules or your own topics, that isn't my problem. Technically, I never should've given you guys just a written warning. But I did and you guys hate me for it. So the next time that you guys do something I won't let it slide. Thanks.

how the hell can you not give verbal warnings anymore? i speak for myself when i say i stopped when i was told to stop, but then when the bitch warned me anyway, so i carried on. i should, therefore, only be at 10%.

Spencer, we stopped giving verbal warnings quite a while ago. The edit stamp on this post looks like May 2008.

You need to read the Community Guidelines. If I am fault for anything, it's for being too lienent. You did not stop when you were told to stop, hence the warn. And after I warned you, you made a crapload of "dee is shit" topics. That is why you were given the second warning. I don't call that "stopping when you were asked to stop".

i stopped when i was asked to the first time. elba continued, but you warned us both. if you didn't delete the topics, i could actually show you proof.

wrong! read the community guidelines.

Make sure that you always fill in the reason you are warning a member.

We keep going in circles. I sent PMs when you were warned, and you even replied to them. I was being lienent because I did not intially warn you, I merged your topics and asked you to stop (that is the equivalent of a verbal warning, which we aren't giving anymore.) When you didn't comply with my request, I went ahead and warned you like I told you I would do. After I warned you, BOTH you and Elba made topics that were bashing me. They are in the Trashcan, so you cannot deny that. Your warn level will be lowered in two weeks. So lets stop being redundant and move on.

'Congrats, you stopped for a whole two seconds.

I asked you to stop "Yesterday, 09:15 PM"

and you still made spam posts, THEN I warned you, THEN you made bashing topics, so you were warned again. Get it?

in a 3 minute span, i could have been making a topic while you were posting. the topic and post could have been posted around the same time. I THEN saw your post. damn give us a second to actually find something since you're a lazy c**t and can't pm anyone. all this in a 3 minute span? how many topics did i make in that span?

take me off this goddamn mod preview if you want to talk. jesus.

Elba made more topics than you, but you were warned a second time, because you partook in those in topics. I gave you both the benefit of the doubt, which just resulted in me being bashed. Had you guys just stopped in the first place, you wouldn't have been warned at all. But since you decided to step on my toes, I warned you guys.

Your posts are directed at me, and I can see them, so the mod preview doesn't hinder anything.

After I intially PMed both you and Elba, you both made no attempt to talk to me. All you said was "thanks bitch" and then I sent another PM after you posted here and Elba told me not to PM her (so I guess she does not have an issue with being warned) and you made no attempt to return the PM.
