^ In all fairness, the only person who can do that is Jusun, and believe me no one has been neglecting to bring up that issue with him. It's been put to him many a time, and just hasn't happened. Which I agree sucks.

Hm, I've actually been trying to pull things together. On the global side of things, I need to get in touch with Jusun because there are site related issues that I would really like to see happen (like arcades and some layout navigation concerns).

I'll just be candid, because I know that you're talking about James. What rule(s) is he breaking? I'm not turning a blind eye and I do see that there are some potentially troublesome posts but I'm not seeing anything that problematic yet.

PS, I do care (and I think that you know that). I can be soft though, maybe too soft at times and I tend to exercise a great deal of patience, for better or for worse.

Crap, I have more to say bosshere shit. Ok. So to continue with the ever so dreaded long winded posting. ;) The staff concerns brought up here are not going unnoticed. Hopefully you will see a change and if not, things will happen, one way or another.

James gets into way too much conflicts with other members (and I don't feel like I need to link posts for saying that). I know that doesn't necessarily go against the mod guidelines, but it sho' don't help mod/member relations look good.

I think James should be promoted to Jusun status. I mean, think about it, he's spent probably half his life (with Anna) attempting to take over Createblog. I think he deserves it, especially considering he wants it so badly. With James as Jusun, the forums will be able to progress in a positive direction!
