I think the biggest deal is, that the items that James posts are pretty border line and it sometimes kind of shines through that he tries to put out things that are "border line". I think at the time James (people staff) did the best he could have, he disabled your posting until the staff could come together on a decision on what to do about it all. At the time you were spamming around and posting videos and such.
I think at the time it was the best he could do. After that, I wasn't online because I got called in to work and being sick and all makes me sick looking at the computer screen. |

Kryo, I am going to unsuspend you. I apologize for the misunderstanding, and I hope that if something like this arises in the future, everything will be perfectly clear and fair. We're going to do our best to stick to the rules both in our own posting and with how we deal with discipline. Your feedback is always appreciated, as is everyone else's, and I am more than willing to accept it if we've done something wrong. I hope that you're able to show us and everyone else that we were wrong in suspending you. I'm willing to see where this goes - again, sorry for the hassle.

But you can't just do that all the time, haha. If someone does something that really isn't wrong but you just think they shouldn't be doing it, you can't just throw them in jail and say, "Well, whenever the judge gets around to it, he'll determine whether you should be here or not, but until then, this is your punishment." Get a second opinion while you are handing out the punishment if it's the grey area, not after he's been punished for quite some time.

If someone didn't delete the boards, you'd be able to see that in my warn logs. I've posted poop before, other people have posted poop before, and it was completely fine. Suck on that. seriously? i didn't find the images offensive. a bit shocking perhaps when they loaded. but i don't feel that they violate any part of the rules on cb. so instead, if you really do find it offensive, then just take out the image tags and leave them as links.
