Ok I don't showcase things much but thought i would take the leap & see what you all think of my website.Its obviously not completely finished but hey no harm in putting it up for inspection so to speak lol What do you all think?

When you're doing web-text, you shouldn't justify it. It's better to align left. Also, your top navigation isn't... aligned. For example, the word "Resources" is a few pixels below everything else.
Besides that, I think what you have so far is really nice! |

Ohhh, I like this. The color combination is awesome. The banner looks really chaotic and a bit messy, but it's great. :]
