Actually. I had a semi beginning of life crisis and decided to change careers.
Thats right.After all that schooling to be a chef i ended up wanting to do something else.

So now Im going to school to become a medical assistant,And then Im going to try to get into a accelerated nursing program.I feel much more complete now.

Yeah Im still in chicago.
I just didnt feel like I was getting back what I was putting into my work.They want you to do so much school for years and years yet the pay you get out of it when you first enter culinary arts is shit and it would take years and years to build up anything.And then I kinda got burnt out.

I always liked medical stuff and so i just felt that that career was more rewarding then what i was doing.
