I've never talked to my next-door neighbors, not that they have any children I'd be interested in. However, the family that lives downstairs (I live in a three-floor/three-family house) has a cute son who's in his first year of college. Even though I've lived here for 13 months, I never actually saw him till this past summer, and I've never gotten to have a conversation with him.

My neighbor is cute! He's in the military so he's in shape & he's a genuinely nice guy.
One of my neighbors is a bit of a creepy stalker type, he watches me from his window whenever I go outside my house.

So, upon seeing him more often, I've decided that he's sort of introverted and awkward (in a bad way), which decreases his attractiveness. :(
