Unhiding Friends and Comments, Unhiding Friends and Comments Options

Hey, love what you guys are doing here, it's awesome!
I used a DIV overlay layout, and want to unhide my top friends and the actual comments on the bottom of my page. I've tried other codes that have been answered but they havent worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated :) Here's my codes....
