Where to myspace layout sites get all of their pattern backgrounds from? Obviously they don't make them all, since most of them you can see on other sites. But seriously, wtf? I was looking for some for a school project and I can't find ANY patterns. Except for a few on deviant art. Maybe I'm missing something here?

Go around to various independent myspace layout sites(or any graphic site really) and browse through their layouts/patterns/backgrounds. That's what I do...

The reason you see them on lots of different sites is because they steal from eachother. If you see a site that has 20 new layouts in a single update, you know they are stealing things.

I'd check out the resources on some websites. Even if they are just personal domains, and not websites that offer a lot of free layouts. Livejournal is a good place to check, too.

They mostly take them from smaller layout sites or photobucket. There are a lot of backgrounds on here in the graphics section as well. Some other sites are Colour Lovers, Squid Fingers, and The Inspiration Gallery.

Well if you have photoshop, then you could download .pat (pattern) packs. That's where I get all my background images.
