Layers Options

First off, I'ma guy. Just wanna get that out cause I doubt hardly any guys come here. I get mistaken as a girl a lot here as well sooo err yesh, layers. I've been getting into them quiet recently. More laundry for me but oh well, nice looking and snuggly. How many do you guys usually wear and how many layers are to many? Cause I'm afraid that I'm wearing to much and that the look I like is just my mind forcing myself to like it because I choose it. Thin T-shirt, V-neck shirt or polo, regular shirt, and a jacket. So 4 layers on top, 1 layer bottom. To much or okay?

I'm just so sick of the same old polo and jeans/shorts thing. So plain for guys you know. If any of you guys know a shop that's selling layered one pieces [EX. here, here, here, and here] do list them here please. Would be so greatful. And if you guys have any references [EX. galleries, shop, the fun stuff] to non-jock and goth/dark styles please list them here as well. Kinda wanna explore new styles and be inspired atm . . .
