Well, that's why the books will always be better than the movies. More explanation. But I agree, it's kinda like in OTP, not a lot of the characters were explained that well.

for real. i almost forgot about him until someone mentioned his name. but he definitely creeped me out. they did a good job of making him scary.

i can't get over how much was left out. it's lame. i know they don't want to add every little detail from the book but i do believe it's possible to do so.

Am I the only one that was actually happy with it? It wasn't my favorite, but I thought it was pretty good...especially compared with the last one. I thought they wove the softer/funny parts and the more serious ones together pretty well which I had a problem with in the last two movies. It's been two years since I read the book so maybe that's why I'm not as disappointed. shrug.gif The only thing I wish they would have done was add more of the memories...but then again, I can kinda see why they didn't.

Also, I was hoping they wouldn't have a scene with Dumbledore's funeral. I was already crying more than I usually allow myself to during a movie. It was sad enough as it was IMO.

the movie look good, but so did the others, and they were all.... not of my tastes.

so i don't know, i'm not sure, i'll probably wait it out till it comes on DVD but still i wouldn't waste my money on the DVD, i'll wait even longer for it to come on OnDemand for FREE! xD might take a few months though. i'll get back to you on this note whistling.gif (i dun't really wanna see it dude)

it was sorta implied. Well, I knew what he was there for from the book. That was one of my fav chapters.

well yeah, but if you haven't read it, you wouldn't have an idea why he was there _unsure.gif

for some reason, i was kind of hoping that they wouldn't leave out the first chapter. but i guess that's wishful thinking

I liked it! I liked it a LOT, actually. But yeah, I didn't remember the book well enough to make comparisons. Which is a good thing, I guess.

I thought the raising of the wands and clearing of the clouds was touching enough. I totally teared up like crazy.

I thought the movie was great, but it wasn't worth waiting 2 years for, so I just feel disappointed.

no offense to you at all or anything, but you seemed to dislike it because you didn't see things that are actually in the seventh book. the people who really didn't like it was because it was different from the actual book.

x3

I dont understand why they wont put the stuff that sells movies in there. More violence ftw, and Rowling supplied it. Teenagers beating the shit outta evil.

More explanation of the characters would of been good, but more scenes would of been better.

Dan was actually quite good in this one. Certainly funnier than his previous performances. And Emma, well she was mad fine so...
