There's something called [codebox] tags. Use 'em. Anyway, replace the bold text with the codes for putting up your top friends:

If you want to add pictures of your friends that you can click and it'll go to their page, use this code:

Replace the bold text with the appropriate URLs of your friends' links and pictures. The first one is for your friend's link. The second is for their picture. Just keep copying and pasting the codes depending on how much friends you want to put inside that DIV scrollbox.
