making a flash myspace page, myspace flash page Options

is there any guides out there to make a flash myspace page like the myflash ones people have because i wanna start a new myspace project and trying to do flash ones instead of just div layouts so is there any guides out there to create on i was thinking couldn't you use a div layout but instead of picture and map you could use a flash.
