Have YOU done enough? VS Who has a Tighter Pussy?

How do you go about picking which topics to read and/or respond to?

Personally, I think that the first choice is far more interesting and could potentially stimulate more thoughtful conversation. I'm fairly certain I'm in the minority though.

I'm not disrespecting anyone, to each their own and all. I just wonder about these things sometimes.

I ignore half the stuff posted in The Lounge. Basically, if the topic looks like it was made up by a 14 year old trying to be cool, I don't bother with it.

I respond and reply to both types of topics because I'm not uptight or sensitive. P

Personally I prefer a topic thats going to entertain me and make me laugh however too many people on this site take stuff way too seriously. Its a message board what do you expect?

Well, so does everyone... Not responding to stuff doesn't make someone uptight or sensitive, it just means other stuff is more entertaining.

That's totally cool. I think that the world would be a pretty dull place if everyone was stimulated/entertained by the same types of subject matter.

I appreciate the silly as well, but I've often wondered why certain topics are visited. For example, do you visit topics based mostly on title? On who created the topic? That sort of thing. For me, it really depends. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood to think, so I'll navigate towards the goofy.

Yeah I agree it doesn't necessarily make you uptight or sensitive but at the same time some people are uptight and sensitive about what gets posted. I remember back in the day when Jason posted all his raps in writing , people seemed to have a major problem with it. I never understood why they never chose to ignore it. Supposedly they did ignore them but in reality they didn't.

Oh I see what you're getting at. I'm pretty sure but not certain it has something to do with preference and what entertains people as you said earlier. I find the Unforgivable skits on youtube hilarious but I do remember reading a topic on CB where this girl was found them totally vulgar. Its just one of those things you can't control.

Yeah, I would be more likely to click the first one. The second one's title immediately tells me that it's a clique-y topic full of spamming that would take me a good half hour to get into, versus the first topic, where I could just say my two cents and be done.
