heey guys!!
[this is for adobe imageready]

Im having difficulty animating images.
I know how to animate text. i make
different animation frames and save optimized as...
then choose the .gif format.
RIGHT?

okay, but when i add different pictures
in different animation frames, it does
not give me the option to save optimized as...
a .gif format. it only allows me to save it
as a .jpg or .html doc.

PLEASE HELP [:
thank you!!! biggrin.gif

well, not exactly.
cause for the image.
i open up two images of the same size.
then i put the other picture on
top of the other. on different layers.
and on different frames. when i press
play, it works, but when i try to save optimized as,
it only gives me the option of saving it as a jgp or html.
not gif. get me?

&thanks for replying. haha

Try putting all the layers on one frame, then hiding the layers you don't want seen. Then duplicate the frame and trigger view the next layer, etc. So each layer is a frame, and you just turn on/off the view of each layer in the next frame.

Or is that what you're doing already? I was a bit confused by the explanation.

GOT IT! thank you!
haha. Well, i figured out that
i had to move all images i wanted to
put in the gif on another/new file.
like, i couldnt open a picture, then
just add pictures on top. i had
to create a whole new thing, then added
ALL the pictures to that new file.

works[:

thank you[:
