i like the fuzzy banner
once it was done loading.... it really didnt look like a xanga site but it kinda looked like a self hosting site which is really unique its really not my style but i guess its ok |

good, good... one suggestion is placing a custom module. That way, you can put your chatterbox there to lessen up the room on the right. I personally don't like scrollbars on the bottom.
