criticize my layout Options

i think there's always been a thing about scroll bars that bugs me, especially horizontal scroll bars.

also, what about centering your layout? instead of using left:##px, use left:50%; and adjust the left margin to center it (margin-left:-##px;)

^ yeah the horizontal scrollbar bothers me too but i had savet the coding in my docuemtns not myspace so it looked right until i put it up on myspace
as for the left:50% i have used it but it made the layout starting at the center of the screen wich made the horizontal scrollbar bigger insted of just centering the layout as a whole... and the margin-left:-##px i think i've never used it but i'll try it

what left:50%; does is exactly that: it moves the left border of the object you moving 50% of the browser window's width to the right.

margin-left: will adjust the left margin. a negative number moves it left, a positive number will move it right. if you have all the extra divs of your layout enclosed in a main div, then it's very easy to do; just divide the width of the main div in half and make it negative.

I think it looks pretty good. I agree that it would look better centered, and I'm not a fan of the navigation. The font doesn't really fit the theme.

That's pretty cool. I like the font you used for the navigation and your name.

Ooh.. musica en espanol! I was looking to see if Juanes was in there by any chance and "Me Enamora" is in there! I love that song. I'm not Hispanic, but I do love the language. (Look at that I'm ramblin'.)

Anyways, yeah. It's a really cool layout. One criticism I have is that maybe you should customize the scrollbars to match the colors of the background. Other than that, it's good.

I wish it was centered, thats like my biggest pet peeve. Also instead of using 3 different fonts around the layout, choose 1. (the larger custom fonts, links and your name and the headers.)

I think you should add a background as well, something to match or something besides the solid gray color, its like off white color and looks weird with the paper on top of it.

I'd suggest hiding the navigation and making your own, the gradients that are in the new navigation up against your solid flat color layout looks really weird.
