Help Findind Corrds for DIV, new code help

Ok. SO im having a bit of a difficulty finding my coords for my DIV layout.
Its mainly for my links. But im totaly baffled by this word and numbers!
<i>(i got my new code from a friend so i dont know much about it)</i>

So i would absolutly LOVE it if someone could give me a hand on this

this is what my layout looks like


the stuff in the red box is where im trying to find the Coords for

and the coding is

the numbers are there from before when my friend sent it

also im using photoshop for this
but i would REALLY appriciate the help!

if you're using photoshop it's very simple. open your image in photoshop, and in the top right corner of your screen there's a box that should have a few tabs (navigator, histogram & info). click info.

when you hover your pointer (push v to make sure the pointer tool is selected), the info dialogue panel will tell you the X and Y coordinates of the pointer. hovering over the area where you want the top left corner of the link to be, the X coordinate is the first number you'll use, while the Y coordinate is the second number. likewise, hovering over the bottom right corner, the X will be the third number, and the Y will be the fourth number.

i just have 1 little question
while taking the numbers i was getting huge ones like
3.500, Does that matter?
that also could be a comma but i cant tell

it's probably because you're using the entire screen shot. just open up the image you're using for the links.

yeha the numbers were from just the picture.
Also it wasnt working for the links D:

I figured out my problem...My Coords were set on inches, not pixels XD
guess i should have checked it before
