That looks like its just a compilation of codes, you can find all of them here.

http://abrax.us/Katamari/CustomInterestsSection.php

I'm not sure how exactly that was done, since all I have is a picture, but the above link would be my best suggestion for that particular part.

are you just talking about the interest section headers? you can use .lightbluetext8 { style codes } to change those.

gotcha. i wasn't quite understanding what you meant. put this code in your general interests section. make sure there's nothing else in any of the other sections (music, movies, etc.):
CODE
<style type="text/css">
.interestsAndDetails { display:none; }

.customInterests { styling for your custom interests }
.customInterests .title { styling for the title }
.customInterests .text { styling for the text you put into it }
</style>

      </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
  </td>
</tr>
</table>

<table width="300" class="customInterests">
<tr>
  <td class="title">Section Title</td>
</tr>
<tr>
  <td class="text">
    Add text, images, video, etc.
  </td>
</tr>
add in your backgrounds, colors, borders, etc., to the style sheet. if you want the title to fill up the entire spot, put display:none; between the brackets for the title class.

between the brackets you can add any types of properties.
now might be a good time to start learning some basic CSS :]

W3Schools has some very good, starter, explanatory articles on CSS that could help you out when it comes to styling.
