when you download a ps brush...where do you extract it to?? |

Right click youe Start button. EXPLORE >> LOCAL DISC (or wherever you installed your Photoshop) >> ADOBE >> PHOTOSHOP >> PRESET >> BRUSHES.
Just dump your brushes in there. Hope you understood that... |

thats actually what i did...but i cant seem to access them when i use ps

Please view attachment for better understanding.
First click on your Brush Tool (B) Then like in the attachment, click on the brush at the top (no.1 in the attachment). You'll be able to see your brushes below no.2. Don't bother clicking on no.2 coz this was for something else. Hope that helps.
