What Do i Do Next???, Layouts, HTML =[ Options

I am new to this whole "blog" thing, so bear with me. Basically, I have created my layout on photoshop. I have done all the slices so that I can make each word become a hyperlink. But, I cannot seem to get it up on my myspace as a layout. Instead, it comes up as a picture, and sometimes it doesn't even come up! What do I do? Is there an HTML to convert it into a layout or anything like that?

Please help. I have a string of people who want me to do their layouts for them.
