HELP! Header disappeared!, My LJ header disappeared!

sad.gif My LJ header disappeared when I changed to S1 (following the layout creator's instructions)! I cannot find the "Manage>>Info" on LJ at all! The layout I chose is this & my blog on LJ is this.

HELP!!!!! cry.gif
