this is probably a stupid question, and it's probably been answered somewhere, buttt...

why does myspace turn the number symbol into it's little HTML code thingy? and how can i (if it's possible) stop it? i like having ID's and such for my DIV's, instead of putting the style right in there with the div code. >_<

For as long as I've used myspace it's always been this way. That's why when you write out hex codes you leave off the # symbol in front of the color.

Instead you could use a . (a period) that's what I do whenever I used IDs in my codes.

ah, damn, didn't think of that.
but i've never had this problem, though, and i've had myspace since i was, like, 11 (yes, against the rules) rolleyes.gif
