Hiding About Me Header Options

I've been using the same code for a while now, but am getting sick of the gap it leaves. I want to hide the headings on most of the tables on my MySpace, especially the About Me section. Whenever I use this code it leaves excess space where the headings should be, I'd rather them not be there. Here is a picture of the gap I am talking about, it is the top table in the picture. http://img77.imageshack.us/img77/5119/screenshot3dm1.png I'd rather the table look like the bottom table, without the excess space on the top and bottom of the text.
If anyone has any codes they could give me, that would be great. Thanks in advance!
