Cutsom Flash Videos, Already created video, how do I load it on myspace? Options

So I created a flash video through a program called camsatia studio. I saved it in a flash format and I need to know how to get it to load on myspace.

I uploaded the files it produced (10 files total) to a file upload server but I don't know how to go about doing it, or if its even possible.

Camstasia produces the following 10 files. I need to know how to get my flash video to play on myspace. As of now I have no idea on what code to use.

What I have done is embeded a youtube video to my page and then just edited to urls but that didn't work too well. What I basically need is a flash embed code that works on Myspace I guess.
