html edited images Options

This is the code I have for the images I want in my sig. I'm doing somthing similiar with the images in a skin I'm making and I cant figure out if there's some site that hosts html images or something? I mean, you can put a code into your sig and expect it to come out as a picture, you have to put a URL in...in that case, you need to upload it somewhere, correct? But if I save it after editing it, it's not saved as a picture file, it's saved as a html file! grr...I dont know if any of this made sense and I seem to be asking a lot of questions recently, sorry. Just getting into this stuff and there always seems to be something missing...so confusing.
