Can't seem to change the font size

I can't seem to change my blog's post text's size. :/

Here's the entire coding. Can someone help with this? Thanks :)

change the font size where it is bolded red

The easiest way to change your font is in your 'Layout' > 'Font and colours' setting menu...

There you can change the colours of the different parts of your template, but if you scroll down the options, the bottom one lets you change font size and font family.
