Photoshop Help!, Technical difficulties |

I hope this is the right place...
Alright, so, my Photoshop (CS) does this sometimes and I usually just quit it and then open it up again and it's all better. But I've done that about four times and it takes forever to load all of my brushes and stuff so its getting really annoying and I don't want to do it on my own anymore, I want help!  haha i'm a big babyAnyways, this is what keeps popping up when I try to open anything like new documents, other files on my computer, etc.  ITS SO ANNOYING. Can someone please help? Or just tell me what's going on...
