I need weight loss tips.

Well not really weight "loss" but weight LOSING. I'm 5"2 and 115 pounds. I feel like I'm a disgrace. T.T And how do you lose all the fat where your armpits are? eek.gif

Absolutely. I mean don't go bombarding him lol, but he always has something useful to say. I asked him for a strength training regimen etc, and he gave me some tips.

You can't just lose fat in certain areas (spot burning or whatever it's called), you have to burn it ALL off equally. Which really sucks because I'd love to just lose an inch off my thighs and stomach. Poo.

Run, run, run, jog, jog, jog. Do a ton of that.

Best way to lose weight is to cut your calorie intake. Try lowering your daily intake to 1200 per day and cutting out all snack foods and alcohol.

like michelle said, you can't just choose where to lose the fat..that would make it too easy ;)

try eating 5-6 small meals a day so your metabolism is constantly up. always eat breakfast so your body can get a jumpstart in the morning. avoid eating processed foods (like packaged items, microwavable meals, etc.). and exercise is just as important :) you don't have to join the gym or anything, you can do little things, like using the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.

Like others said, you'll need to work out your whole body, because you can't just focus on your armpit fat, haha.

Don't try any crazy diets or anything because 5 2 and 115lbs isn't fat.

First off, 115 and 5'2 is not a bad weight at all. I think I know what you mean about that arm fat. Since I'm 5'2 and 110 so like I think you should not skip breakfast and don't eat so much at night. Drink a lot of water instead of eating sweets(yuck). Try to do some exercises at home or if you have the money...join a gym or in the desperate occasion...have sex. jk don't have to do that.

snak on fruit ... makes u shit everything out :D its great!

and wher ur armpits are ... u need to like get ur hands , hold em together in front of ur chest and push em together rly hard :D
